Online Order Handling Times

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. In the case of holidays, additional handling time is to be expected. Please note that handling time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times for Standard Items

Once orders are shipped, deliveries within Canada can be expected in 2-7 business days. Orders in the US and beyond can be expected in 5–7 days. Please note, these estimates can vary depending on parcel size and time of year, some areas/countries may have greatly longer shipping times. We offer shipping via Canada Post and Purolator.

Special Order & Pre Order Items

Items marked as special order or pre-order are subject to separate shipping terms. Pre-order items can take a wide range of times to ship, for a more accurate shipping estimate, contact us regarding the specific item of interest. Special Order items may take longer to fulfill, contact us prior to purchase for more information.
