How it works
Below are the four primary steps in our repair process.
1. Analysis
Prior to shipping your drone, we will request photos/videos of the damage/errors you're facing. After we are able to take a look, we will give you a rough repair estimate.
2. Ship it
If you're satisfied with the rough estimate, we then request the drone be shipped to us for the repairs.
3. We repair it
Once we receive your drone, we will send you a confirmation and begin the repairs as soon as possible.
4. Repair completion
After we've completed the repair, we will send you an invoice via text or email, once paid your drone will be shipped back.
